Integrated Disk Rehabilitation Program
The Integrated Disc Rehabilitation Program is a non-surgical, drug-free approach designed to restore pain-free function to cervical and lumbar discs and spinal joints. Program Overview
Traditional care for disc and joint degeneration often relies on rest, medications, injections, or surgery. Our program takes a different approach by combining synergistic natural therapies that stimulate tissue repair, reduce inflammation, and improve spinal function.
Program length typically ranges from 90 days, with more severe cases requiring up to 180 days, followed by maintenance care as needed. Results vary based on the degree of degeneration and overall health.

What to Expect
Treatment may involve some discomfort, especially early in care. We carefully tailor treatment intensity to your tolerance and encourage open communication to ensure your comfort.
Visits are typically scheduled weekly once pain levels improve. Home rehabilitation exercises are performed daily and are designed to be effective without being time-consuming. The program is appropriate even for individuals with severe pain and limited mobility.
