Dr. Kaitlyn Popp’s mission goes beyond helping patients feel better. She seeks to empower them with knowledge and tools to take charge of their health for the long term. She believes the body is inherently designed to heal when given the right support.
Her path into healthcare was anything but conventional. Before becoming a doctor, she earned degrees in English and Dance and worked in legal administration. Her transition into medicine was inspired by her own personal health journey and a growing passion for helping others uncover the root causes of their health challenges.
Dr. Popp earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic from the National University of Health Sciences in 2017. While in graduate school, Dr. Popp devoted her weekends to learning Functional Medicine and Acupuncture, while also working in an Applied Kinesiology and Functional Medicine clinic where she gained invaluable mentorship and hands-on experience. After graduation, she moved to Colorado and established her practice, where she has proudly served the Denver community ever since.
Dr. Popp specializes in Functional Medicine, using a systematic and individualized approach to identify and address the underlying imbalances that affect health. Over time, her clinical perspective has evolved through recognizing that pain isn’t always mechanical, and supplements alone are not always the answer. This realization led her to pursue Applied Kinesiology, where she continues to deepen her training in understanding the structural, chemical, mental/emotional, and energetic components of healing.
Her approach to healthcare is deeply holistic. She believes true healing goes beyond symptom relief and requires understanding the bigger picture: What is contributing to your pain? How is the body being nourished? What daily habits are either contributing to or interfering with your health? Her philosophy is rooted in prevention, with a focus on helping patients achieve long-term vitality, resilience, and active, fulfilling lives.
